Wearable Task: Due Thursday November 27th
Produce a wearable item that asks a question, highlights an issue, acts as a ‘think piece’ in relation to your topic.
Bring it to the session next week accompanied by an exhibition ‘label’ that includes a title and 50 words to describe the object.
Size of the label/stock/typography up to you.
1. First write down a list of everything you consider a ‘wearable’.
2. Work with a partner to discuss potential ideas for what you could look to communicate (consider context/purpose/audience)
3. Look at the references provided on this page - read the background of the artist/project to get a sense for the 'why' of the work.
